Rick Wolf, partner in The B&B Team: Inn Consultants and Brokers, enjoys a wealth of experience in the areas of brand development, sales and marketing, public speaking, community involvement and hospitality consulting.

His career has brought him to the cutting edge of business development through his associations with firms such as Levi Strauss & Co., Perry Ellis International, John Kaldor USA Ltd., Outlast Technologies Inc., and his own business – Captain Fairfield Inn of Kennebunkport, Maine.

He has been responsible for developing brands; restructuring company’s sales efforts; communicating advantages, functionality and benefits of consumer products; developing marketing strategies for existing and emerging business; organized sales, marketing and distribution channels for a wide variety of consumer products; and worked with the media and web-based marketing strategies to increase business and profitability.

Wolf is an accomplished public speaker orating to groups in the Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States. Wolf is actively involved in the community. He is a Trustee and Officer of Kennebunk’s Brick Store Museum, a Volunteer Fireman, and a nationally-licensed EMT. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Theatre Arts from California State University, and is a graduate of the Ravinskinson School.
